It is very important to keep eating vegetables and fruits for your diet. Everyone (including me) always suggested you to eat vegetables and fruits if you want to stay healthy and lose weight at the same time. Various vegetables are very important to beat fat excess and keep away diseases from your body. Sometimes we only care about our physical activities but we forget about what we eat. Actually, it is very stupid if you eat lots of foods after you done with your physical activities or workouts. Many people said it is normal if we eat lots of foods with many calories and fats inside them after we work so hard to lose weight. Well, two most important things in our life are physical activities and eating habit. So start eating veggies and fruits after now you realized that actually we desperately need them.
