Bingeing


Let’s talk about bingeing. Nowadays, bingeing had become one of the usual habits of stressful people. Bingeing is kind of bad and a bit strange eating habit. When you do not feel hungry at all, but you always want to eat, that means bingeing. The cause of this trouble is very common. When you are stressful because of your daily job or family matters, you will want to eat. Some people only eat small but the others will consume lots of foods and also drinks just to make they feel better.

Well, do you know Elvis Presley? This man is a legend in music but we all know he has so many problems in his personal life. In the last few years before he died, he changed his eating habits. Suddenly, he became fat and never thinks twice when he eats. This is similar to bingeing. You do not feel hungry but you eat to feed your anger and disappointment. Is this good? Absolutely not.

I always told you to stay healthy and eat proportional meals. Bingeing can ruin everything because what you eat is connected to your weight loss problem. To stop bingeing, you need to know what the source of the problem and solve it! Yes, you need courage and perseverance to help your problem but you know there is no other way. Ask yourself what your biggest problem is and how to stop it. Then you must act, don’t be afraid. When you solve your problem, you will stop eating unnecessary foods. If you can’t stop your problem, consult it with a psychologist or your family

What is Cholesterol?

Cholesterol....people often linked this word with something dangerous. When they hear the word “cholesterol”, usually they will think about diseases that can affect all of us. Actually, do you know what cholesterol is? You know you need to change your eating habit in order to stay healthy but what is the connection between these stuffs and cholesterol levels?

So in science, cholesterol has its own definition. Cholesterol is kind of lipid that you body need for some crucial functions. You can find cholesterol in each of your cells (also mine, of course). Cholesterol has two important jobs. First, to insulate your nerve fiber and second, to send signals around your body. You need to keep your cholesterol level, if the cholesterol in your body is uncontrolled (too high), the risk will be very deadly. You are going to be attacked by the heart disease. Sounds scary?

There are some kinds of special device which can check your cholesterol level. But I strongly advise you to go to the doctor near you so you can really understand what is happening to you and what you need to do. Actually, heart disease is not only depend on your cholesterol level, but also your lipoproteins. Lipoprotein is a “thing” which has a job to carry your cholesterol within your body. So you absolutely need to know how well your lipoprotein is, beside your cholesterol level. If you want your cholesterol level to be normal, you must stay away from high cholesterol foods.
