Young Women, You Need To Read This...

Young women. I think many young women in this world are working too hard on their body. When they think they are fat, they will do anything in order to get a better physical appearance. Sometimes, they even skip meals at night/afternoon just because they feel uncomfortable with their body. When they are skinny, they even think they are still fat. This is a serious problem which, unfortunately, faced by most young women. They want men to worship them although they never admit it.

They need to know that lose weight needs patience. You can’t skip meals because in long term it will harm you. When you are fat and you think you need to change, then change your lifestyle BUT periodically. Don’t ever think you can change in only one night or one week. Sport activities and healthy meals are needed but skip meals are a big no.

Don't Punish Yourself

Many people talked a lot of things about dieting but actually dieting needs process and that process is something uneasy. In diet, we need to change periodically. Don’t you think you can change your eating habit in one night, it won’t be useful for you. For example, if you love to eat three fried chickens in every lunch, then try to reduce it to two. Don’t suddenly stop eating meat at all. Your body needs adaptation, just like when we live far away from our home. What do we need? Adaptation.

Beside about eating, exercise is also important. But similar with foods, you also need to adapt with exercises. If you never train your stomach, why do you think you can sit up 200x per day? Don’t punish your own body. You need to do exercises every day but you need to begin with the easiest level. When you already get used to it, then you can move to the harder stage. It won’t bring any good if you punish yourself because in long term you will surrender and come back to your old habit.
