I have seen many people practicing Mediterranean diet. Some experts say Mediterranean diet is the best diet method that ever existed but maybe not. It called “Mediterranean” because this program came from Mediterranean country like
Mediterranean diet is the combination of red wine, fish, lots of fruits and veggies, and a bit of wheat and beef. But remember you need fresh veggies, do not keep it in refrigerator before you used it for your Mediterranean diet. It is fresh and effective for your diet but the negative thing is the price. Yeah, you must spend a lot of money and effort to practice this kind of diet. All the above ingredients are not cheap.
And it is very time-consuming to search ingredients for Mediterranean diet, and like I stated above, you need fresh veggies, beef, etc. You can’t go to super market and buy any fresh vegetables. You need to find a traditional market, and I don’t think we can easily find it in big cities. In overall, Mediterranean diet is good and effective BUT only if you can find all the fresh ingredients. Oh…I do not mention the price anyway :)
