Tips for Mommies

Weight loss plans for normal people and for new mommies are different. Why do you think new mommies are always fatter than single women? You ate too many foods while you were still pregnant so it’s understandable if now you are struggling quite hard to get back to your normal habit. Another reason is because you are busy with your newborn baby. You breastfeed your baby and you also take care of your husband so you don’t have enough time for yourself.

It is true? Not really. Everyone always has time to relax. It’s up to them what they want to do in that situation. Some people go watch television, some people go to gym, some people play games, etc. Now you must do something worthy every day. Well, the easiest thing to do is to breastfeed your own child. Some mommies told other females to breastfeed their children. They didn’t know that breastfeed will burn up to 750 calories. A good thing for both your children and your weight, isn’t it?

Beside breastfeed, of course you need to get sweat. If you have some friends, ask them to run every morning or every evening. You can use treadmill if you want but it’s much easier if you have partners. You will be motivated every time you run, jog, or go to gym while you have friends. Different if you are alone, sometimes we are just too lazy to even wake up from our bed! Get strong, girls!
