Reasons To Follow Your Mom's Advises

Everyone has their own mother. Most mothers are kind to us and always give us positive advises. When we were still children, they usually told us to go bed early, don’t sleep too late, and chew our foods before we swallow it. Unfortunately we were not always did what they told us to do. Sometimes we slept late because we played playstation or supernintendo. Sometimes we only chewed our food 2-3 times before we swallowed it.

Maybe you never knew that these things are important for our body. Our behaviors lead us to what is good and what is not for ourselves. Those who always sleep 5-6 hours a day, for example, are more likely to gain weight faster than those who sleep 7-8 hours a day. This is why sleeping is very important especially if you really want to become slimmer.

The other important thing is chewing our foods. Doctors suggested us to chew our foods at least 20 times before we swallow them. If you don’t chew your foods, your body will become busier and eventually your metabolic rate will become slower. Now you know why we should follow our mother’s advises, don’t you?
